People Buy People: How to Sell Without Selling

Description: A short, practical session exploring how and why people buy. The workshop includes hands-on exercises using simple selling scripts and adapting them to feel natural. There will be time to practise through role play. Attendees will leave feeling more confident about engaging with people in person and selling their work or ideas.

Learning outcomes: Understand why people buy and how to stand out. Learn how to attract people through persona and presence. Use simple selling scripts and make them your own. Practise selling and feel confident making offers.

From Idea to Offer: Shape What You’re Really Offering

Description: A fast, hands-on workshop where early founders turn an initial idea into a simple, testable customer offer. Participants will work through understanding the problem, sketching solutions, creating a first version, and validating it with peers.

Learning outcomes: Move beyond ideas into clear solutions Understand what customers really struggle with Show how your solution addresses those problems. Test your idea with peers and get feedback
