Day Passes
We offer flexible day passes across Coworking, the Fabrication Lab and the Design Lab for those who need occasional access without committing to a monthly membership.
Day passes are available as single-use passes or in bundles of five, with all passes valid for three months from the date of purchase. Bundles can be redeemed at any time within that period, giving you flexibility to use the space when you need it most.

Are facilities included in the membership price?
No. Membership unlocks booking access. Each facility booking is charged per session.
What is the difference between Standard and Subsidised?
Both have the same benefits. Standard activates instantly after payment. Subsidised requires an application and approval before activation.
How do I know if I am eligible for Subsidised
To qualify for subsidised membership you must be either:
• Current / past programme participants (up to 2 years)
• Solo entrepreneur
• Less than 25k turnover
• Operational for less than 2 years
• From a minoritised background (income level, household responsibilities, employment status, language and cultural barriers, ethnicity, gender, age groups, sexuality, disabled or neurodiversity)
How long does subsidised approval take?
We review applications as quickly as possible. You will receive confirmation by email when your account is activated.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move between Standard and Subsidised if you become eligible, or change billing from monthly to yearly.
Can non-members book facilities?
Non members can book the Podcasting Studios and some meeting and conference spaces. A Facilities Hire Account is required to make a reservation.
What locations and spaces can I book?
Private offices, meeting rooms, co-working areas, creative studios, labs, and training spaces, subject to availability.
How do I pay for bookings?
Bookings are paid at the time of reservation through your member account.
